Any AlwaysOn ADSL issues?

Is anyone experiencing downtime perhaps, using AlwaysOn's ADSL service?

They're not answering helpdesk calls or emails.
 
Telkom is the only company in South Africa that provides ADSL, perhaps you should contact them rather.
