Any Cell C representatives please help

So i have a problem with the manager at Clearwater mall handling my wife's case. Are there any reps on here who I can escalate to? Here is the story:

My wife signed up for a Galaxy S2 contract a month or so ago on the Active chat 100 package.

3 Weeks later the phone started acting up. The screen just became unresponsive and the only way to fix it was to remove the battery.

We had bought the phone at Cell C Clearwater mall and took it back. The manager informed us he had no option but to book it in for repair. 2 Weeks later we got it back and I asked the manager what would be done if the problem persisted. He said she would receive a NEW phone. So after a day with the phone she found that the problem had gotten worse. She phoned the store manager and he told her it needed to be sent in again for repairs. So in essence he wasted her time and also lied to her face.

To put some context to this, she is wheelchair bound and cant just pitch up the mall at her convenience like other people can.

Can someone from Cell C head office please phone us and arrange a new phone for her.
