Are anyone aware of any problems on the cellc data network?

My mom is sitting in Still Bay and two cellc sims are giving the weirdest errors all of a sudden. Neither of them are getting any data throughput. The one in the phone shows H+ and the one in the mifi shows something like "the profile is invalid"...

Does cellc roam on mtn?
