Any difference between TRL Tech and MWEB uncapped?

true, most ISP's are yet to shift their focus away from their network to their users, however dinosaurs can't tap dance - I would therefore rather put my money on the smaller guys, they seem to be able to provide a more comprehensive and customer focused approach.

What does bother me about most ISP's: they make their users responsible for solving their issues - They should get it right first time, without my involvement if they want my money.

I commend TRL for challenging Mweb but look at the customer base, infrstructure and back-end. TRL are still resellers of Cybersmart, who incedentally had THE best uncapped offer for under R1k till Mweb uncapped came about, then they pulled out. What does that tell you?
