Any free mp3 song editor (even a basic one)

Hi

There is this song that I want to maybe cut a piece of it and make it player later in the same track, I would like to extend the track. Is there any free mp3 editor I could use do to this? All I want to do is copy a section of the song and play it later in the track - copy and paste. Also, Will it be easy to use?
