Does anyone have any recommendations for software to management the costs of maintaining our own internal fleet. We run a large agri business and we service and maintain our own fleet via an internal workshop and we sometimes use 3rd party agents. I would like to allocate costs against assets as well as keep track of hours, fuel consumption, service schedules etc. If it integrated with sage that would be great. We currently have a bespoke program but its clunky and I feel should now be web based but there is just no development happening and we are duplicating info on this system and then processing on sage for accounting purposes. I would imagine it would have to involve some kind of inventory management as well as we keep stock.
Everything I look at is for workshops or businesses with a view to billing out a customer and keeping track of job cards.
