Any Freelancer Graphic Designer - VERY ULTRA Basic Web Based Indie Game?

Hello all

I am looking for a freelance graphic designer that can say yes to the following:

* VERY basic web based indie games experience, specifically knowledge / understanding of avatars, award badges, achievement badges, game ui's, anything else that would relate. No animation skills or 3d rendering or anything crazy, imagine the simplest version of forum mafia possible (it's not) and you're on the right track.
* A a good understanding of web design, html + css experience but not necessary as it is not the focus
* Really hopeful here but a website, pricing on logo design and other related things that you supply as a service
* A love for IT related stuff

Hi don't have any game design experience.

But i'm sure I can figure out as I go along.

I charge R400 per hour or R2500 per day fro design work.
