im not sure any tips are needed. How hard can it be to use a mobile ?

Spotlight search can be brought up by pressing a blank spot of the homescreen and pulling down. took me a while to figure that out and I only got it by accident

The parallax effect can be disabled but it's kind of hidden. Go to settings, general, accessibility, and enable "reduce motion".

It doesn't have to be a blank spot. You can pull down anywhere on the home screen except from the very top.
