Hi Alex,

Our uncapped accounts prioritise streaming protocols (especially YouTube) and we never shape this protocol.

Hop over to www.crystalweb.co.za and you can request a free test account to determine if it's right for your needs.

In terms of your requirements on capped though, no ISP to my knowledge discounts YouTube traffic from usage, as the primary cost factor remains the cost of last mile access to your house, which is still required for all data throughput on the account.

Capped accounts are a bad idea when uncapped is so cheap these days. It only makes sense on very high speed lines. E.g. when I had 40Mbs VDSL, the uncapped package for that speed is very expensive. But up to 4Mbs, uncapped is the way to go.

Crystal Web uncapped, never worry about using too much YouTube or any streaming service for that matter
