Any one purchased something from Orange lately?

I bought an Xperia Z1 from them a little while ago. Shipping did take a bit longer than what the site said, but their customer service was responsive. Overall I am happy and will use them again.
 
I'm glad people are having better experiences than I am.

My order has been sitting on "Ready to ship" for the last 3 days. They take up to 2 days to respond to my emails. Getting my phone is a rather long, drawn out process.
 
I'm in the process of using them for the first, and probably last time; I'll give an update once it's done.

Does anyone know the Sunninghill warehouse address?

Just phone them directly . They are terrible with emails . If you phone them with an email reference number they can also escalate the issue.
 
I ordered a Xperia Z2 from them and received it today. Only problem is that the charger is one of those European spec ones with the flat prongs and not a South African spec one.

I'm torn as I don't know if I should just get an adaptor and use it as is or complain and ask if they will give me a South African spec charger.

Anyone else get their phones from Orange with the USA/euro charger?

You don't live in a country with health and safety kiddy friendly plugs - let them send you the SA version. IMO
 
Only lemons and they happened to be sour by the time I received them.

Geez, just snip off the plug and replace with a SA friendly version. Much less hassles.
 
Wow! That's some really BAD service from such a new company in the SA market. Don't they want more exposure in our beloved country? BAD service will just continue to contribute to a low reputation for them in SA. :confused:
