Any RSAweb representative on MyBB?

Had to assist a buddy to reset his router (mikrotik) to factory defaults
It got a DHCP IP from the ONT?) and I had to set his private DHCP range - worked flawlessly after that.
Tech I spoke to said that they had received 4 calls on that morning relating to the same issue.

ISPAfrika has gone to IT heaven... Now i need a new supplier in Midrand, do I go with Jumbo Tech / EasyWeb / Screamer/ who else?

DRI RR, please inbox me your full address and email address and I will quote you on switching over to us for fibre.

RSAweb told me in April that they provide a SIM card with monthly recurring data on it. I enquired with Enrique about buying more data should it run out and was told that since it is a MTN SIM, there was a method to buy this on-line

The router I am to use on 1st June arrived, but no SIM. Upon enquiring, I am told that this is no longer supplied.

But other staff (Francois), still say it is, as does Enrique!

What is going on here. I have not started the service and am already getting messed about

Cannot anyone not do their bloody job correctly?

Posting this on behalf of my Girlfriend hoping @SuperHero Sarah can assist as she seems to be the RSAweb rep here.

"I have been a client of RSA WEB for over a year. I have decided to cancel in MARCH due to my data being depleted halfway into the month. Numerous calls have been made to RSA WEB to enquire about as but as per the agents I have spoken to, RSA WEB is unable to confirm my data usage or how it is being being depleted monthly.

My initial communication for a cancellation was in APRIL. I was advised by 3 agents that there is a cancellation fee. I was highly confused as I was never informed about this. This issue was finally resolved after I went through my contract (which clearly states that a cancellation for LTE is free of charge) over the phone with an agent and it was confirmed that a fee is applicable for FIBRE AND NOT LTE! Utter incompetence.

After sending numerous emails with no response, I was advised that the last day for my LTE would be 30 April 2022. When queried again for a conformation that the last day of my LTE would be 30 April, (because when dealing with this level of incompetence, one question needs to be asked numerous times) I was advised by Chad Johnson that my LTE has been cancelled "accordingly".
To my surprise I was debited in May.
After sending 2 emails, I finally get a response from Chad on 5 May that RSA WEB is in the process of refunding my account. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND SINCE!
I have sent follow up emails on the 12 May, 17 May and 24 May with no response to date.

On 24 May, I speak to an agent my IIyaas May, who assures me that I will not be debited and that my LTE cancellation has been successful. He also advises that I will receive the refund by 31 May latest. I have not received my refund.
After placing me on hold to confirm with a manager, he tells me that the reason I was debited was because I did not return to router within 10 days as per the t&c's, resulting in me being liable for the router. I was livid at this point as I have never received any communication from RSA WEB or the courier company that RSA WEB uses for these returns. As per the policy, RSA WEB arranges the collection and all I would have to do is hand my router to courier.
How can I be liable for this when nobody communicated anything regarding the return?
I refused to make any payment and made it clear that I will not authorize further debits from RSA WEB.
I thought this issue had been resolved as arrangements were made for the router to be picked up by Dawn Wing, the router was returned on Friday, 27 May 2022.

To my surprise I wake up this morning and see THAT I WAS ONCE AGAIN DEBITED BY RSA WEB. I WAS DEBITED R1210!!
I am absolutely furious and need an explanation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS TO WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
WHY WAS I DEBITED ?

RSA WEB HAS TO BE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DEALT With! "
