Just a question.. Do you guys employ any other remedial measures for technical issues, other than limiting connection rates down?

I wish I can remember the one person that visited me long ago... He spent 3 hrs and managed to get my router to connect at 4096, because he was convinced, "it should be better".... Ever since I get told it is impossible and the conditions declared to be within the Telkom quality of service standards...

Things just rapidly deteriorate since one of the monkeys stole my local leads for some other job. Being "from another area", he knew he wouldn't be back to have to fix it...
 
Now-a-days they have to finish x number of jobs per day or else they are penalised on their performance assessments!
 
I deal with them almost every day and finished means either he stole somebody else's line to fix yours or they bulls**t to say the repaired the fault.
MickeyD is right . They have to complete x number of jobs. If that means creating new faults bad luck for the next tech.
