Any Vumatel rep present?

Okay l...so I did the pre-order on Level7 and we will be live end of week or next monday. Lady I spoke to said that Vumatel will phone to arrange installation date. Why do they phone and arrange and not Level7?

We own the network. We do all home drops. We don't want every second tom dick and harry who has an ISP fiddling with our infrastructure.
