Anybody else having problems with high ping to JHB from CPT

I am getting 160ping to JHB and 10% packetloss

anybody else?

Please be advised that we had a major failure on our national long distance connections from 1am this morning, we are running on backup paths at the moment and expect to have the main routes back before 10am. This will have led to come of the issues mentioned above.

Thanks that would explain my weird local ping to google earlier, seems to be back to normal

We had a sudden network failure yesterday at midday in Fourways Jhb, and speeds are still below 0.05mbps.

Not getting any feedback from the support desk.
