At the start of the movie, the protaganist is stuck in traffic that moves so slow that an elderly man with a walker moves faster than he does.
I feel like I'm sitting in that car, and that elderly man is on dialup.
I saw this coming, though. I've come to expect exactly what's happening now from our amazing telecoms provider. You can't expect Telkom to handle a change of this mulitude(from flat-charge to per-gig-billing) efficiently or without a hitch. In fact, they've handled it so badly that it's influenced something totally unrelated. Speed.
