Anyone completed P90X?

What's meant to happen after the 90 days are up? I get that you'll be looking all ripped and beautiful but how are you supposed to keep it up? I rather do long term fitness routines that I won't burn out on. Actually just biking to work has made a huge difference. Right...going gym now..... uurrghghhh

I don't think you ever "stop" p90x, maybe go on a lighter routine, I plan on doing p90 lean -> p90 standard -> P90 double and then maintenance, I also play a fair amount of tennis, hike etc.

Maintaining is easier than losing
 
I "completed" P90X2, it is quite a hectic routine, but now I'm a bit bored with it so combining it with some extra yoga sessions. I found that I started losing too much weight with all the cardio intensive stuff and I cannot eat enough to maintain that level of activity. Hopefully with some of it swapped out for yoga it will go better.
