I didn't think I could hate Telkom anymore, but they are simply useless. Have a 4Mbps line and since Saturday my ping has been 500ms with a download speed of 0.07. They say it's a problem in the area and can't give an ETA on sorting it out.

Anyone else from there experiencing this?
