Anyone else having issues with uncapping.

I am getting rather ****** off. I have to phone telkom every month to tell them that it is a new month and could they please uncap my account. Last month I ddecided to see how long they would take if i didnt phone. I waited till the 20th and couldnt wait any longer. Is anyone else having this problem??
 
Same here, they cannot uncap me immediately either, have to send an email to relevant dept................

same issue here. My DSL came back at around 11pm last night.
After resetting my router to see if i was upgraded to 384k my accounts would not authenticate.
 
i had the same issues with IS a few months back. Seems prevalent
 
It is getting to the point where IS is worse than Telkom. Sad.

Problems range from
1) not being "uncapped" on the 1st
2) dodgy news server
3) Poor international bw
4) intermittent failures

Now, while IS can blame Telkom for some of the above (whether it is Telkom or not), the "uncapping" issue is purely in their domain, as is the news server.
 
When I reset my router this morning it seems to have come back again. I don't know what is going on though because it still seems a bit dodgy, although the traceroute is better now.
