Anyone else having problems with OpenWeb or their Support?

Is anyone else having problems connecting to OpenWeb or contacting their support? I have been trying to contact their technical support but there is no answer on their support line and hasn't been for hours.

Seeing how they only offer support during office hours mon-friday and it's already 4:30pm on Friday I am starting to fear that it will not be resolved until Monday!

I would imagine they are having a problem with their phone system then.

Never Had a problem with support, I usually send an email or pm and the problem is sorted out within 15 minutes to half hour.

I apologise for the phone system. Telkom has been experiencing some problems on our local exchange hosting the phone system which has caused some problems. Hopefully all is resolved now.
