Is it just me or is checking Cell C data balances a general problem recently? I'm using the prepaid promotional pack, and:
* Hitting the Balance Check button in the dashboard times out or delivers 'Failed';
* Entering the USSD checking code (*101#) in MDMA (or the dashboard) produces a deathly silence
* Dialling 141 with the SIM in a cellphone produces only a 'zero airtime' response and no option to check data.
I've also found it impossible to register on the Cell C site to check the balance online -- I get caught in a loop after entering my data SIM number which is said to be 'invalid'.
So what's left? And is anyone else struggling similarly?
