Before you all complain, no I didn't buy the Mweb account, Im just sharing the connection with my brother in-law.

Anyway Im having really really frustrating time-outs and lag. With all my might I cannot update my C&C3 game because the download keeps timing out.

A ping to saix also gives the occasional time-out and International sites are really disgustingly slow

Anyone else experiencing this before I nail it down to our line only.???

Telkom did fix the line last Tuesday but its been bad since, wonder if they did half a job

I also notice another thread on bad Int connection but that seems to be related to Bloemfontein or something (cant quite remember)

maybe its time to leave the devil in search of a better much cheaper isp

Well the brother-in-law's contract expires around september or thereabouts. I help out with half line rental and put money into his account for extra cap if I need.

He used to run a home business so its still registered on his business account but he has since closed business and started working for another company.

So Im pretty much stuck with it until then Unless I decide to go through the expense of installing another line on my side, but from previous workings I figured that would be very costly
