Anyone getting regular dc's with cybersmart?

dude.. if you complain of latency.. well thats isp independant to an extent due to most isp's being resellers of either saix or IS. Saix has been having issues lately(like for last 2 weeks on thurdays with pings in the 800-1200ms :eek: heck that made me wonder if they switched over to IS or can loadbalance or something, yeah i know.. but i was drinking lotsa coffee at the time) with latency besides the fact that shaped saix dsl is icky at times.

The Port Errors are the problematical ones - Port-errors are ONLY a router or a line problem

Since Telkom started their upgrading of all 192 circuits to 384 and the 1024 cicuits to 4096 we have had a fair amount of issues with Netgear routers which was not the case before

I suggest you re-set the router to the factory defaults and then re-insert our settings

I have been using Webafrica for this month and they have been excellent, good service and support. Also using a netgear router and not having any problems.

I've been with cybersmart for a month, Im not having any problems with my account, although I agree that the service is terrible the price more than makes up for it.
