I sent an International document package last week your Benmore branch.
The documents are on hold with Aramex now.

Aramex called me to say the account is on hold.

I then called the Postnet number they said I must Call the branch.
I called the branch they said I need to call the store owner, the store owner isn’t answer is phone.

So I am going to in circles and the documents are urgently needed.
With no clear answer how this can be solved.

Anyone got a number or email address that can help at Postnet?
 
The documents are on hold with Aramex now.

Find out whether the parcel is still in SA.

If yes, try and retrieve it - or better yet:

Make a direct payment to Aramex to have it shipped out. (They could possibly reassign it to your own Aramex account.)

That will solve the urgency problem.

You can always [try to] claim back your initial payment from Postnet, at a later stage.
