Yes, totally down (but I am connecting to the ISP). Something similar happened last night too.

Was down completely here (CT CBD) earlier but it's ok now. Not fast, but ok.

Back up again here too. The annoying thing is that I keep my SAIX account as a reserve when IS goes down the toilet. So very irritating when the blasted backup goes off too. Hopeless.
