I have bought games from here in the past, needless to say the quality is dodgy and suspect.

I always believed that their games are pirated.

Any one know for sure?

SOme more research reveals that the company was busted by the cops in 2003, so how are they able to go on opperating?

Because their copies might be a bit steep when it comes to price, but the cover is printed on a good quality paper.

SSSSHHHHHHHHH!!!! We don't talk about such things here!! Prefer to think of it, as them selling OEM games, or the "educational license" version

Dude surely you noticed the "Crack" or "Patch" Folder on their CDs? You will probably also get a little page instructing how to "Apply" this "Patch" [which usually involved copying an .EXE over the installed one ...] .

If that's not suspect then i don't know what it is. Yes i bought from them like YEARS ago, i'm surprised they are still going. Their games are pirate games and they burn the freaking crack onto the CD. They aren't that cheap either if you consider it's illegal.

If you consider the risk they are taking then it is cheap

Can this post be deleted I would like to use them in the future.

I would buy from them if they weren't that expensive. Let's blackmail them?

...you wouldn't steal a car
...you wouldn't steal a hand bank

;)

hmm..me thinks it possibly cheaper to use the money on bandwidth and download the games instead of supporting this shop?

bought once from them thinking it was original ... its def pirated stuff ... u need to be missing a brain not to realise this

...you wouldn't steal a hand bank
wouldn't?
or couldn't?

in any case... they kind of "force" you to chip your PS2, xbox or whatever, since their games are pirated and wont work unless you Jack Sparrow you console.

... unless of course hell has frozen over and they are now all of a sudden legit

I bough from them once back very long ago. This happened because of the local suppliers being unable to get a copy of BG2 expansion on time. I was sick of waiting so I ordered a copy from Cybergames but as soon as we finally got the original in store I went out and bought that.

Dude!!! You seem to be the man I am looking for. I have a "suspect" copy of EMPIRE EARTH that I bought for like R99.00 or something at Hifi Corp for me and my sons. When I try to run it it says "Not a valid Win32 application" Do you have any idea how I can make it work?

If you pm me I can catch the instructions on my email. I am an IT tech but mostly I make liscenced stuff and hardware work. Getting around with cracks and patches baffles me sometimes.
