So I took the plunge on Friday and bought this game R580 on steam, downloaded during the night, played the entire weekend. Guess what it is a good as it looks weather or not you like Dragonball Z I highly recommend this game.

I'm just wondering if there is any other people playing it? Maybe interested in doing some quests together?

I'm getting it but on the PS3. How do you find the gameplay?

Game play is a lot of fun if you ever played the mod for Half life, Earth special forces and enjoyed it then you will definitely enjoy this.
Yes it does have rpg elements you lvl up as you play and you can use those levels towards new attributes like more hp or stronger fighting ability etc.
Also get zins which you can use to buy items like clothes which increase your hp or strength.
It also got a lot of side quest like most rpg which you can play to get more levels.

Sounds really cool actually might get it for PS4 then :)

Thanks!

Hows this game using KB ? I dont have access to a controller so wanna find out how it is before spending $$. Playable or not that good?

I know a guy who prefers using a keyboard over any gamepad for fighting games (Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat etc). I personally find it cumbersome and unfun to the max.

I've not played this game yet but I can tell I'd rather hook up my 360 gamepad than even trying keyboard.

Sofar KB controls arent horrendous, won't be as smoothe as Controller but you should be able to hold your own in a fight

WASD movement, another 2 for up and down,q and e block and ki,left and right mouse for primary attacks
Everything left-side of the keyboard + Mouse

Arcade Stick > Gamepad > Keyboard

Okay, DBZ games aren't traditional fighters so I don't it support fight sticks out of the box.

I play with KB /mouse no prob. But then again I prefer kb/mouse to controller. I play Mortal Kombat 9 and any fighting game with kb rather then controller. If it really bothers you, you always have the option of getting a Xbox controller later on.I heard it supports some logitech controllers as well which might be a cheaper option.

Yeah i am also keen, a pity Kalahari doesn't have it on PC as we can still use one of the R100 off vouchers.

Bit broke at the moment and R580 is quite steap :P

Was looking at the Gameplay , I'm a big DBZ fan but i wish they worked on the graphics more :/

Anyways! R500+ is abit steap for me now, as i want to buy a few more games. Any idea if the price will drop soon? *optimistic*

Okay maybe i'm pushing it , just saw BT Games have it for R740.
