Anyone that has a DS Lite from the US

Are you guys using the AC Adapter with a step down transformer? Does it work? My one isn't charging, the orange light switches on for a second and goes off when i plug it in.

MMmmmmm.. I have a DS (not lite) and an SP .. DS is from the states or I generally use teh charger that came with the DS to charge it, so I use a transformer. Not ahd any problems. If the light is going on then off, i would say that there is a problem with the connection more than anything else. If you have an SP, they use the same charger. It might work if you try that. BUt i ahve generally not hadprobs with chargers

The DS Lite uses a different charger. Mine is from Japan, so it included a 110v charger, but I bought a 240v Asian charger for it so I've never tried with a step-down transformer.

I have a USB-cable with my DS-lite and mine also charge via that [i.e. plug into my pc]..maybe worth a look?
