Anyone tried Firefox 1.5?

Yep, I have been using 1.5 RC1 for a week or so, no problems for me. Havent downloaded RC2 tho.

Had to reboot

Okay it's running now, seems fine. I had to reboot before install coz it still saw firefox running even though I shut it down.

It saw all my extensions, looked for updates and remembered all my configurations from the previous version, so all looks okay

One thing that I see it does not have, is that if you download a file ( right click, Save link as.) it does not give your the option to rename the file.

EDIT: I am talking horse manure!!

No probs here - been using RC1 for a while and RC2 since Friday/Saturday, till my ADSL went fubar - also performs OK on dialup...

Using RC2 since I reinstalled my pc. One good thing is that if a page cannot load in the background, it does not show up the message box on your current tab... you will see the message on the tab you are opening the page and you hve the option to retry loading the page again... That looks cool. I am not sure if the other previous one had a mail client program... Just clicked on my tools menu and I see that I have "(0) New mail" Will check that out. one thing also is that you can re-order tabs by drag and drop.

Been using it awhile now - Beta and RC 1. Just tried your 'new mail' tool and it works - and we are using GroupWise at work too.

been using it for a couple of weeks or so - works fine, only problem i had was with a few extensions that were'nt compatible with 1.5 yet - sure it will get resolved soon, though

been using it sine the first beta came out. no probs... then the rc1 and now rc2.

There has never been a better firefox and other browser.

firefox all the way :-)

It works fine -- but too many of my favourite extensions don't (yet) work with version 1.5, so I'm stuck with 1.0.7 till they're updated.

i just tried, and both sites loaded without any problems on mine (using rc1)...

Hmm, interesting .. didn't work on rc1 or rc2 ... Get a blank screen on both of those links
Come to think of it ... maybe my Adblock extension is mis-firing :)
EDIT (Again): Ok, disabled Adblock, and Bob's your uncle, it works!

It's because of the new Flash 8. Disable the option 'Obj Tabs' in Adblock, and it should work fine. - You just won't see the 'adblock' tabs on the flash objects anymore.

Get Adblock Plus - it's based off the original Adblock.
