I have a netis DL4323 router and have 2 different ISP accounts . I am able to establish both wired and wireless internet connection.

However, I can't establish a second internet connection using my other ISP account ( a different ISP company) via Network and sharing centre -set up new connection- PPPoE. Showed 'connection failed with error 651' message.

Previously I am able to simply create another PPPoE connection like in a half bridge mode with other brand router but not with Netis. Please help me.

Maybe try the suggestions on this page ..

Have never even heard of this modem/router. Stats look good enough https://www.speedguide.net/routers/netis-dl4323-300mbps-wireless-n-adsl2-router-3466 , but under "DSL" don't see anything to do with "PPPoE passthrough" as an option (or similar) along with Bridge mode settings, which is what D-Link ones tend to have, so that could be the source of your problems.

Try looking in your modem/router settings for some things to do with them, which after you've ticked should solve setting up a further dial-up connection on your PC.

.

This is the fourth router I got and yesterday its the third time my router got hit by lightning in the last thirteen months. So I picked up the cheapest router from Makro shelf. I owned Huawei router Telkom, Tp-link and D-Link Telkom and never had a problem. I think one of the three router I ticked 'PPPoE passthrough', other two I don't remember I need to tick anything.

I'm not going to try anything from the link as I'm a computer noob, the last thing I need is without an internet connection.:D Last night I spent two hours to have my wifi connection successful.

It just might be some ticks on the router set up page, I googled many hours and even emailed to Netis for tech support,no luck. That's why I'm asking for someone on this forum who are using Netis router for set up advice.
