Aperture - doggie blue eye

Is there not an instant tool in aperture to fix doggie blue eye created with a flash?

You might be able to do it using the dodge and burn tool but TBH your best bet is going to be exporting it to.a pixel pushing app like Photoshop.

I am using the dodge and burn at the moment but was wondering if there is not a tool stuck away somewhere in Aperture that can do it in one click - I stay away from photoshop - too complicated and don't like to learn new things - might have a look at photoshop elements at some stage.
