Have been a happy LG phone owner for the past few years, particularly due to them having a digit filter feature.
Located under call settings -> call blocking, the digit filter allowed whole number ranges to be blocked (matching either a "starts with" or "ends with" condition).
For example an entry: starts with +2787750, would block callers from +27877500000 to +27877509999
This has been particularly effective as spam callers rarely repeat call from the same number but do tend to use a range.
With the demise of LG phones, big question is what current phone or app can do this?
Ideally it should be a built-in feature, or at least an app that actually prevents the incoming call from alerting.
A few months back, I did check at a cell phone shop, none of the latest phones on display had the feature - only able to a block single number at a time, private numbers, or everything not in contacts.
