this is going to be another one of those 3 year events. by the time something actually happens in this country, I will be to old to fully enjoy it... and Im in my twenties now!

Hey we shouldn't criticise ICASA...I'm sure they have a plan to solve this "80% of SA’s available spectrum was already permanently allocated" thing. It probably has something to do with beetroot and garlic, but I'm not going to pretend to understand it as it is all very technical.:rolleyes:
