Apple App Store

I've just got an iPhone but am finding the SA Apple App Store doesn't have much in it compared to the US store. Just wondering what other people think of the local app store? Is there an alternative?

best is to get a us account.

1 log out.
2 set your country to USA at the bottom of the appstore page
3 try to download a FREE App
4 it will ask for account info
5 create a new USA account

you will have to enter a fake address, but at least you can actually browse and download a LOT more stuff.

Ps: you CAN actually buy stuff, but you will need to buy vouchers. (afaik - mine is jailbroken)

Best is to get an Kenian account. You can register with your south african credit card and buy apps. All the apps that are in the US store is available.

Are u sure all the apps are there? Have u done a comparison?
