Apple could stop making the iPhone 12 Mini this year

Apple is considering halting production of its iPhone 12 Mini smartphone due to a lack of demand, according to a report by Softpedia News.

The iPhone 12 Mini was released alongside the flagship iPhone 12 range last year, but sales have reportedly been poor since launch and have not recovered in the first quarter of 2021.

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro from MTN in first week of Jan and they said 10-12 days. I'm still waiting. They finally admitted (one month later) they had no stock and tried to flog this dud 12 mini on me instead. WTF

Maybe Apple set the price too high. Or at least they should have started the storage options at 128Gb. Otherwise it has a lot going for it. Nice compact size yet the screen is almost as big as the old Plus models. It's pretty much the best option in the range for people aren't looking for a brick to carry around with them.
