There doesn’t seem to be much clarity on this, personally from what I see whether or not the SIM 17 Pro Max has a smaller battery than eSIM only, the battery capacity and battery life jump from my current 15 PM is quite significant…also one has to check the actual capacity their phone comes with, you might find a typical 17 PM comes with about +5000mAh and a typical eSIM only comes with +5100mAh give or take.Does anyone know if they are eSIM only or come with a sim tray? This will impact battery capacity big time
Also eSIM only 17 PM could have more battery capacity due to mmWave 5G in the USA versus non-mmWave outside the USA. There is a lot at play, lol.
I am not too worried about it.
I am sure we will see comparisons soon after launch that should clarify it all.
