Same experience.
They even allowed me to substitute a different storage size Pro Max that was "in stock", and then told me delivery will take 2 weeks for that model as soon as I paid the difference. AND, now I have to wait 10 to 14 days to get my refund. I am so done with iStore SA.

I feel the same, really poor service.
I e-mailed a complaint, ordered the phone on takealot and received my phone prior to the iStore response.
