Bevonk, I'm still waiting for the FBI to contact me re. the [-]extradi[/-] free trip to California to explain the app money which I embezzled from the rightful owners. It should have accrued to Apple, but because I used the US store it went to...wait...what...:eek:...Apple? ****, so much for my holiday plans courtesy of the USA government. :rolleyes: Maybe they'll take me out of principle. /holds thumbs

Then again...de minimis non curat lex.

Eh I'll probably never actually own an iPhone5 so it hardly matters, I just think it's an amazing phone.
 
Fact remains: With Android I have full access to all apps using my legal address and credit card. With Apple I don't.

Argue with me as much as you want ... it's a pain to use vouchers ... and it is fraud to provide Apple with false account information. I don't care if you get caught or not, or what you think of the legalities. It's just not efficient and convenient, especially considering the high price tag for Apple equipment.

Until Apple's full store becomes available here it will always remain a problem.

It's also simple things, try bluetooth a song from a bb to your new iPhone and then make it your ring tone, seriously, good luck with that.

The maps also won't be available in South Africa

Try take your new 64GB iPhone to a friends house who doesn't have iTunes to copy stuff on to it.

Apple has made these simple things near impossible.

You won't hear any argument from me. It's a major inconvenience. Android has its own inconveniences though - like atm I still can't get smooth 720p MKV playback on my Tegra2 tablet so I'm busy hunting for a solution that doesn't involve transcoding all my MKV content. It's just sucky stuff that sucks.

I think the fandrones have run out of ammo. Maps are available now here, with turn by turn coming in October.

My SGT10.1 also uses the Tegra 2 and it plays those videos without any problems. Try VPlayer or MX Player (I assume you have already). I find VPlayer to get things right that other players won't.
