So I must use Safari on my Macbook Air at 19:00 to live stream?

Yeah safari will work, or iOS devices.

They use HLS so the bitrate is adaptive to your connection quality.
 
I'm keen to see ios7 released and the performance of the rubbish bin (mac pro). An iPhone remake and plastic iPhone isn't much of a much.
 
why do we suppose to struggle with apple Ipad when internet network changes password of a router it doesnt want to apply the new password. and that makes it boring and in most cases ADSL is the one mostly change username and password when router got problems of loggin in.
