Apple iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus unveiled

I see the iPhone as a childrens toy, you dont even need a brain to know how to use it. Way too simplistic.
Yet does a wonderful job for millions of normal healthy adults. Maybe because a phone should be simple.

Only us geeks like complexity

I like the 6+ much more than the 6 funnily enough

The only downside is they have made the 64gig upgrade a must, which means to get the 6+ you're looking at an extra 200 dollars on top of an already pricey phone.

I so want to waste money on a new gadget, but my Note 2 is still fine. Daaammnit!

Very funny coming from you:

Can I just advise...against following this advice? Obviously I'm going to be standing against the crowd here but I do not see the SGS3 as the superior phone. The screen is dim vs the iPhone 5's, it's kind of too big for daily use, the build quality doesn't even come remotely close, and then just there's a preference of app ecosystems. I never really got the appeal of the S3 at all tbh, and I would even recommend some other Android phones higher than it.

The comment was made 2 years ago.Tastes change.

Yes, tastes change and sometimes the persons preference for a product also directs those tastes. Case in point. When it was a competing product with the large screen then it was too big for daily use but when the preferred vendor releases something that is big then its good.

He had a Galaxy S4 for a few days before switching to a LG G2.

That said, I still remember vividly how Cerebus and a few of us here used to argue many aspects of Android vs Apple with him arguing against Android. But Android (and the hardware it runs on) has come a long way in the meantime.

Not so long ago tech review sites all essentially agreed that 4 inches was the perfect size for a phone (this was when the iPhone was 3.5 and most top androids 4). I also remember them reviewing a dell 5 inch phone and remarking how comically large the thing was.

Times and opinions have changed.
