Didnt Google try the same with the whole wireless AP logs ?

ya I forgot my username and it seems this is one of them, for whatever reason I have more than one, I do not know.

People with phones should not really care about this, I mean your local SP does the same thing. I am sure BB and so on keeps a record of your whereabouts as well.

I would say only thing here that might be a no no is that the history is kept in tact in one file on the users side.
