How do you explain a completely different finding in the Korean Court then?

Well the Korean system is different to the US system as they are more argument based the evidence based. This is why the US one involved exposing much of Samsung internal correspondence and long list of witnesses. This was never going to happen in a Korean court. The Apple and Samsung hearing in Korea apparently only last a few hours.

In the US the more evidence that came out against Samsung, made it as per the Jurors easier to make their decision.

The other difference is that it its managed by a panel of Judges in Korea.

I cannot compare one against the other and say which is better system, but more evidence was exposed in the US which I believe is required, which was not present in the Korean one. That is why I believe you will have a difference in results.

Thats what people seem to be missing in all these arguments... it's not like Samsung accidentally copied the iPhone, they purposefully set out to copy the iPhone.

The ultimate good that came from this case was that is spelled out clearly to the consumer that rectangles with rounded sides and a few icons can be sold for far less than the white and silver one's are, and there is still good profit to be made without sacrificing quality

Apple is premium priced make no mistake. Like Louis Vuitton etc.

But customers have free will and free choice. The choices are there even if one ponly considers the 'non-copied' ones.

It is possible that Apple wont be able to command such a premium going forward.
But the market will determine that
