Well the Korean system is different to the US system as they are more argument based the evidence based. This is why the US one involved exposing much of Samsung internal correspondence and long list of witnesses. This was never going to happen in a Korean court. The Apple and Samsung hearing in Korea apparently only last a few hours.How do you explain a completely different finding in the Korean Court then?

Thats what people seem to be missing in all these arguments... it's not like Samsung accidentally copied the iPhone, they purposefully set out to copy the iPhone.
The ultimate good that came from this case was that is spelled out clearly to the consumer that rectangles with rounded sides and a few icons can be sold for far less than the white and silver one's are, and there is still good profit to be made without sacrificing quality
ie a company has told the world under oath that it is effectively gouging customers on pricing
