does anyone know how to successfully get Vodacom to activate Apple Watch series 7 cellular
i know how to do it on My watch app on my iPhone, the problem is Vodacom has to first activate it on their side.
when I call Vodacom they either say Apple needs to sort it out or they say they activating it, they once said they googling what to do, I mean really I can do that. Apple says it’s Vodacom who needs to activate one number and deactivate twincall, I tell Vodacom to please do this and they say they will but nothing it doesn’t work.
I just have no luck as Vodacom opens a case then closes it, they’ve done this about 10 times now.
I had a Apple Watch series 6 which they finally delinked, I think that was causing a problem. Who knows.
