Must say that’s something I’ve never used. So the fact that I don’t know how to get there matters not, the buttons how actually useful for me.

Took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to change faces this morning.
What's changed? From the limited youtube videos I've seen about wOS10 you can still just hold a finger on the screen.

You could just swipe left or right to change faces

Yeah, I basically always have 1 face so not an concern of mine, what we did loose was the easy way to change the wayfinder face to night mode, you’d previously just scroll down with the crown.
Ok - that seems like a U problem.

Don’t use it nearly often enough to actually care, but the replacement auto mode drains your battery so is technically a functional downgrade for those who do.
The alt would be to have 2 faces then, one day and one night. lol
I meant U as in Ultra. Wayfinder isn't available on other models.

Though I can see the logic why, I would often find that an unintentional swipe had moved me to a different face. Making it 2 step means it's less likely to happen.

The change of buttons makes sense when you actually use widgets (swipe up).

Widgets suck. Not sure why Apple is pushing for them again.

Funny, it was the iPod nano that inspired the Apple Watch if I'm not mistaken.
Looks like my wife's Apple Watch Series 1 has finally died on her this morning after more than 5 years of hassle-free use. I think I should start looking out for a good, pre-loved older generation Apple Watch, the newest models are WAY too expensive and elaborate for her usage needs.
