Apple will bring Beatles catalog to iTunes

Apple has struck a deal to bring The Beatles catalog to the iTunes store and will announce details of the arrangement at a press conference scheduled for Tuesday morning, the New York Times and Wall Street Journal reported late Monday.

Makes sense. They've fully milked the CD market now with the recent re-issues, now they can do the same for the digital market.

I wouldn't shut apple.com down for one day for the beatles. They haven't done it even for the iphone. all too wierd!
