Applied for an online - failed

So I applied for one of these online 30+30gb data deals. They say its approved. But I some how do not know myself enough and failed the authentication questions to continue the deal.

So they asked me do go to the store, but the store has some other crappy deal that I am not interested in.

Is there anyway for me to get the online deal?

And why tf can I not just complete the deal in the store if I failed this authentication nonsense.

Means you failed the itc questions, go into store have them authenticate you and remove the block from system. Then do the online application

I got the same deal but applied through the call center, didn't have any issues except for a few hours of downtime for changing contracts.
