Are some more equal than others?

Re clan stacking and team stacking - although the first is legal and the second isn't - where do you draw the line?

I was playing on a server last night - I won't TELL A LIE (geddit) about which clan was stacked on the winning side - but it most certainly was NOT fun to have one flag left, and then have the other team spend most of its time at the boundaries of the base, killing people as they spawn with only a few seeming attempts at the flag.

Every attempt to get out of the base to try get another flag was met with fierce resistance - I swear, I don't know HOW we were seen in some cases.

I got so pissed off I eventually quit the game. I was eventually coerced into playing on another server where I ended up having ALOT of fun.

I decided that I will NOT join a server that has more than two or three of that particular clan's members on the same team. If they chose to spread themselves on either team, it would be fine - but they ALWAYS dominate one team, which sucks. There's no such thing as a fair (or even) game when they're on the same team. Yes, we know they're good, but do they have to rub our noses in it?

ATB is on all the servers. The way that it works is that a person will not be ATB'd untill they are dead. So what can happen is that a few people leave one side and then teh teams seem unballanced. Only once a person on teh other side is killed will the teams start to be ballanced out.

As far as admin kicking. Certain admins have been given specific server(s) to admin. In order to admin , they need to get on the server , hence the make space for admin story.

I dont agree , U will not be banned while you offer objective criticism. Once you go past established lines , then your survival is your own problem. This forumn is not frequented by people who can give proper answers. i only drop in now and again to look at teh wifi topics.

Thisgeek , There are very clear distinctions on the 2 definitions on the SGS forums wrt to team and clan stacking.As far as being seen :P , turn your view distance to 100% and set ur screen to 1600x1200 :P
 
Lol, GW, I figure you don't know TG's rig - those are his "Low" settings ;)

Those servers do strange things, last night I wa seeing ghosts. Mashtuur - backyard - in the tank dock I kept seeing enemys flash in front of me. I also often get situations where I can see the pip on the mini map, he should be right in front of me, but there's noone. Oh, and then I die usually.
 
Version 1.2 brought in a lot of bugs , teh ghosts are oen of them :P
