Are these sellers reliable

When browsing certain forums I've noticed posts such as the following:

and
http://www.loquo.com/spanish/post/3...-at-just-250usd-and-nokia-n93i-at-just-220usd

Is it possible that these companies can really sell these products at these prices or is it a scam? Is there any way to check if these company's are real.
