I think its because half the posts are about what they had for a particular meal, whereas she asked for the meals over the course of a week. She probably got pissed off :D
 
Semolina flour and cardamom butter with copious amounts of sugar. Kinda like Indian flavoured baby-sick...

Yip like a porridge they have at Indian weddings, quite nice when they can afford a little safron and sliced almonds.

Spar had it, it was amazing. Plus it had almonds and evaporated milk on top.

Lunch : leftover pizza
Dinner : McMixa Burger, fries and strawberry shake

Tuesday

Breakfast: Muesli
Lunch : Cheese Roll, Salmon California Rolls, Apple Donut.
Dinner : Half Vienna Gatsby and leftover Salmon California Rolls

Terrible start to the week :sick:

Wednesday-

Breakfast: Leftover cheese rolls
Lunch: Leftover gatsby
Dinner: Leftover pizza I found in the boardroom

Thursday -

Breakfast : Cheese sandwich
Lunch: Hot cross buns, veg crisps, raspberries
Dinner : Hot cross buns

Friday -

Breakfast : Hot cross Buns
LUnch: Probably hot cross buns
Dinner : TBA

holy horrors. you lot need to get to a nutritionist and fast.

blu my friend went to a nutritionist and she did this diet and lost a lot of weight. drink lots of water as well and substitute your full cream milk with low fat milk and if you are able to fat free milk is better.

morning breakfast: 1 weetbix with milk or yoghurt. my friend doesn't eat cereal so she opted to just have a 250ml yoghurt in the morning.
10 a.m.: muffin. she just got muffins from checkers so no special muffins chosen here.
lunch: 4 provitas topped with something. she would normally make a can of tuna with tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and anything else that is "free". sprinkle that fat free cheese on top for extra deliciousness. (i would have this with her for lunch sometimes and you'd be amazed at how filling this is).
late afternoon: a fruit - generally an apple or something of that nature.
supper: grilled chicken or fish with vegetables. she chose to make salad because she's not big on vegetables. again a lot of the time the things you put into salad is generally free like tomatoes, onions, cucumbers etc. so you could have a bigger portion.

Monday:
breakfast - grape nuts + orange juice
lunch - steers burger & chips + ice cream
dinner - woolies pasta salad

Tuesday
breakfast - grape nuts + coffee
lunch - pizza
dinner - snacks from fridge

Wednesday
breakfast - shreddies + fruit / ice-cream smoothie
lunch - woollies sandwich + fruit salad
dinner - sole & grilled veggies + choc mousse

Thursday
breakfast - shredded wheat + fruit cocktail juice
lunch - rump steak, baked potato & veggies + creme brulee (restaurant)
dinner - grape nuts

Friday
breakfast - coffee & muffin
lunch - nando's chicken & peri peri livers
dinner -shreddies + ice cream

Saturday
breakfast - none
lunch - braai (steak, chops, salad, garlic & cheese rolls + too much beer)
dinner - leftovers from lunch

Sunday
breakfast - shreddies
lunch - last of braai leftovers + more beer
dinner - pizza + ice cream

** add to the above about 6 cups of coffee per day, around 2 glasses of milk per day & 2 packets of biscuits over the week, 2 slabs of chocolate over the week & junk snacks most evenings. 2l tub of ice cream over the week

i am loading on weight at the moment, Dr has instructed me to write down my meals for 2 weeks
