Area Empangeni/Richards Bay Issues

Anyone in these areas having barely any connection?

So far i can confirm that me and a friend both have issues at the moment.

Yep, called the call centre and they said they're working on it.

The agent said it should be sorted out soon and to reboot the router around 10pm if the connection is still unstable.

Does anyone know if the issues are back? I have tried to phone telkom with no luck they have no idea whats going on.

Having the same issue here in Richards Bay/Meerensee area. Same issue from 4 days ago. Anyone know what is going on?

Got hold of a consultant and he said there are no reported faults or work being done in the area. He logged a fault and we will see what happens.

Yes it's down in Veldenvlei Meerensee and Telkom uncapped LTE Arboretum tower is down too.... Like no throughput at all but connects.

My LTE just started working again blazing back to 40Mbps. Looks like the problem is resolved.
