ARGB case

I need advice please. I recently bought a Antec ARGB Atx pc case for my build since the case I currently have is limited in space to add more components and for better cable management. Now my mobo is an Intel 4th gen mobo that doesn't have the necessary rgb headers to connect the case lighting and the additional RGB fan. I've read that I'd need to use a ARGB controller, would this suffice? And how will I use and install it?

It plugs in via a USB header and you control it via a remote control.
